We are currently seeking financial sponsors for the Black Canyon Field Club. Help support this one-of-a-kind outdoor education program connecting individuals to the privately conserved land in their communities. Sponsors will receive recognition on all newspaper, radio, and online announcements of the activities, as well as in BCRLT publications - distributed to 1,200 individuals.

What its about: The Black Canyon Field Club is a social outdoors activities club open to the public, coordinated by BCRLT. Outings are hosted by staff, board members and landowners, and take place primarily on private lands that have been permanently conserved in partnership with the land trust. Some events take place at public conservation areas such as state parks or wilderness areas. The Black Canyon Field Club is fun and educational in nature, intended to give participants an opportunity to learn about and enjoy private lands they wouldn't otherwise have access to. Hosts happily share their knowledge of the land through casual discussion, touching on the history and early homesteaders of the area, ecology, wildlife, unique attributes and conservation values.
