Closings At The Coal Train Cafe
Jul 26, 2011
If you live in or have the good fortune to visit the North Fork area in August and if you frequent the Coal Train Cafe you might find some of the staff of Black Canyon Regional Land Trust sitting down with the great folks from Delta Title Company and a batch of landowners who are busy conserving some outstanding and important North Fork land. Coal Train Cafe Closings on North Fork conservation easements are a bit of a tradition and we are happy to continue that tradition by closing a few more easements there in August.
Our August closings will bring a new land owner and first time conservation donor into the BCRLT family. We also hope to finalize a conservation easement on a little jewel of land that is a very important piece of the conservation puzzle in the the North Fork area.
So, if you see us at the Coal Train, stop over and say hello. We are generally a pretty fun crew. Please also be sure to check back here for updates on these and other conservation easement projects at BCRLT. We will debut and discuss each of our new projects as soon as we can following closing. So stay tuned!
